Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

FlowRoute, operated by Sinsa LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with FlowRoute for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request.
  • Email us at support@flowroute.io and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. Renewal charges are not automatically refunded; if you forget to cancel and are charged for a new period, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you in good faith.

Free trial

FlowRoute offers a free trial that does not require a credit card. You are not charged anything during the trial, and no refund is needed if you choose not to subscribe.
